The automatic rule is removed, so the flag and its 2-point penalty come off about 1,300 clinic pages across the index; no clinic gains a flag, and no weight, severity or other scoring rule changed. The flag can still be recorded against a clinic by hand with cited sources, and about 210 clinics carry such an entry today; we are reviewing those entries in a follow-up pass, because some of them were also written for nothing more than an unpublished price list. |
